21st Century Network was set up to discuss some of the great issues of our millennium and bring back the hope that we can do something about it. We try to link citizens together around common 21st century causes and bring them in touch with decision makers globally and thus give new energy to democracy and social action.

We are the organizers of 21st Century Network and we would like to invite you to take part.

The aim of 21st Century Network is to get people talking about the major issues of the 21st century again in a way that creates hope for the future. Many people in political parties have told us they no longer talk about politics as their parties become more interested in power, focus groups, marketing and spin. It is important to engage people across parties and nation states in discussing issues that have immense importance for our lives and those of our children. From these discussions in real meetings and online we hope we can encourage people into social action and community engagement.

We also hope to involve politicians too as their power has become less and less as decisions are taken by global bodies unaccountable to local decision makers. There is a common alliance waiting to be made between politicians and global communities if only politicians can shake off their conventional tribal behaviour and form new partnerships that reflect 21st Century concerns.

21st Century Network is an alliance of like minded people seeking solutions and action in a century of unprecedented challenges for the planet on which we live.
